VIXX came out with their new song and MV On and On on January 16th, and I had no idea. I’m not complaining, though. It’s great to be without Internet for a few days =P
I really like their new title song, On and On. I haven’t heard a good K-Pop song with a unique concept and stage performance lately, so I’m quite happy to see VIXX release a song that is worth listening to.
VIXX‘s company is doing a good job with the space concept, and instead of promoting the members as aliens in space inOn and On, the company has taken a different role and is displaying them as zombies in space instead. I also really like the fact that the members look like zombies (pretty zombies =P) because of their choreography, acting, and makeup. They pulled it off well and their contact lenses look so freaky yet cool! xD
VIXX‘s On and On Comeback Stage on SBSInkigayo was nice too. I have always found VIXX‘s title songs catchy and their concept to be cleverly executed. The company is very consistent with the group’s overall theme.
However, I had to laugh at some of the zombie parts in On and On‘s choreography. I watched Episode 4 of Shinhwa’s Broadcast and Andy’s zombie acting along with the typical horror theme playing in the background made me laugh to the point that I had to I bury my face in the quilt ’cause I couldn’t stop laughing! Hahahahaha! xD
On a random note, I used to find it very strange when K-Pop boy groups would move their hands around in the air when singing. Can’t believe that I’ve gotten used to it… Hahaha! It took a while, though =P
P.S. The song, On and On, has the word, “moonlight,” in it’s lyrics xD My pseudonym is not as mysterious as it should be =P

Just landed last night from Dubai. I had no idea what was going on in the world of EXO for the past few days, but all I could comprehend out of the updates when I got back is that EXO have been traveling back and forth between countries like I’ve been traveling lately this month, Kris wore shiny pink pants, and that EXO performed a Tagalog song, Hawak Kamay, which means “Holding Hands” in English at the Dream KPOP Fantasy Concert (DKFC) on January 19th.

I’m making this post for my friend, Josialyn, primarily for the reason that she wanted to see Kris play the African drums (djembe) in a funky outfit several months back and we joked that Kris might have been bluffing since we never saw him play the drums =P Do the shiny pink pants (they kind of look violet in the pictures) that Kris wore count as being “funky”? You tell me.
It was nice to see a collaboration between the members of EXO in terms of singing a song in another language apart from Korean, Chinese, and English. It was also a song that wasn’t from their album. I wonder how long it took them to rehearse it.
For Hawak Kamay, Lay and Chanyeol played the guitar, Kris played the African drums, and Suho, Baekhyun, D.O., and the others sang, which one may see in the following fancam. They did a great job!
I chuckled when Kris asked, “Let’s sing all together, okay? Promise me?” What promise? We have to promise to sing along? What is there to promise? Please explain =P Furthermore, Chen kissed a rose and gave it to a fan, Suho gave fans candy, Luhan held fans’ hands, and Tao kissed a fan’s hand.
All this fan service… ’cause they want our MONIEZ! xD I’m not kidding. They know that fans get excited by these kind of things =P
There are other fancams. that are worth watching of the performance as well (up-close version and HD version).
“I come in peace” (this was my Facebook profile pic. that I placed two years ago and that was also the caption I had underneath the pic.) xD
Apart from that, Dui Zhang trolled on fans. First it was Chen several months ago when he asked fans at a concert on whether they would like his cellphone number, and when fans said, “yes,” he replied, “sorry, I don’t have cellphone,” and now it’s Dui Zhang. xD
Here is how Dui Zhang introduced himself at DKFC:
Can you make some noise Filipino(es)!? Are you guys having fun? Thank you, thank you! Alright, my name is Kris. This is actually our first time here in Philippines…our first time…and it’s hot in here! Ah, I mean the weather, not you guys. Just kidding! You guys are hot! Thank you guys so much for having us tonight, and we prepared a lot of special performance for all of you here. So make sure you guys check it out! — (Credit: westkitsune.tumblr.com)
“You guys are hot!” THAT we all know, Dui Zhang. *raises hand and nods* Thank you, thank you! You don’t need to remind us, fans/friends =P
No, seriously…what was up with Dui Zhang saying, “so hot,” several times? If it’s “so hot,” go and sit in a bucket of ice and say, “so cold,” for a change. My bias has totally lost it…COMPLETELY. He has flown out the window. Why do I even consider him my ultimate bias? I’m just so embarrassed, it’s not even funny =P I don’t know who he is. Who is Kris Wu, again? Just kidding!

I’ve also noticed that Dui Zhang has made the peace/victory sign his habit now. What’s up with that, Dui Zhang? You’re not an alien xD

Kris‘ message to fans these days: “I will make sure to bring you all happiness and joy.” Me: “I will also make sure to bring you happiness and joy…by throwing a rubber duckie at you!” =P

Moreover, there is a huge rubber duckie right now at Darling Harbour in Sydney, Australia, due to the Sydney Festival. I’m missing out on it. Wish I could throw that at Dui Zhang, but I would need the help of Dui Zhang‘s favorite super hero, Superman, who would be able to lift the rubber duckie up and throw it at fast-speed. There is also a rubber duckie in Angry Birds. Just a few weeks ago, the Angry Birds Facebook Page placed a mysterious photo of a rubber duckie in space. Fans were wondering what it meant. What is this coincidence? I’ve been wanting to throw a rubber duckie at Angry Bird Kris, who has been living on EXO Planet in space for the past one year.

…and all those plushies that Kris has been receiving lately. There must be a showcase in the dorm displaying the ones that he has received so far. There are now six plushies (or kids…since that’s what he regards them as) that Dui Zhang owns: red dragon plushie, Ace, green dinosaur plushie, koala bear plushie, Rilakkuma dragon plushie, and the Billd bird plushie. Someone give me a Rilakkuma plushie =( They are so cute. I think I need to take a trip to one of those Asian stores and buy one. All these cute Asian things are so hard to resist. They are my weakness *sobs* It’s like rainbows everywhere.

So, we finally have Kris playing the African drums. Will we get the opportunity to see him perform magic tricks soon?
