EXO-M’s Kris – Ballroom Dancing, Kid Interactions, and Kung-Fu with Broomsticks

Standard

Tao and Kris Ballroom Dancing
(Credit: To the rightful owner/as mentioned in the pic.)

After seeing a few clips and pictures of EXO-M‘s recent appearance on the show, Extremely Extraordinary, I needed to share a few of my thoughts. It seems like Tao really enjoyed ballroom dancing with Kris. Just look at the smile on his face. It’s like that of a young child that gets excited about going to the amusement park. The dip was perfect! It looked like Tao wanted to be the one to dip Kris over, but it turns out that Kris tripped Tao and dipped him over instead. Sneaky Kris. He kind of looked uncomfortable in the beginning though. A few fans have commented that they wished they were in Tao‘s place. Kris also had the opportunity to ballroom dance with Luhan and give him a twirl.

Next up, we have kid interactions. Each member of EXO-M had the opportunity to interact with a child that corresponded to their ideal type =P Kris had unwillingly ended up with the loli type, which is someone that is cute and child-like in appearance.

Kris interacting with a little girl. This is SO adorable! The little girl is beautiful mA! ^^

After seeing the following video…

It’s like my dream just became semi-real. Is this for real or is this one big act? (P.S. The music in the video is so funny =P)

(Credit: To the rightful owner)

Upon seeing the video, I bet most fan girls fainted like this:

(Credit: To the rightful owner)

Kris really loves poking people’s cheeks =P *poke poke* Additionally, one of the boys with XiuMin, who was initially dressed up as a girl, had asked Kris the reason he carries his signature torn black bag wherever he travels.

Kris being asked a deep question by a little boy. The boy is really cute for being so concerned about Kris.
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

Of course, as many fans know, the torn black bag has special memories for Kris as it was the last birthday gift given to him by his father. He has been using it for four years. The MC praised Kris by stating that this is a sign of a man that is extremely loyal in relationships. Additionally, fans have praised Kris by stating that he will be a great father in the future and that they are deeply awed by his thriftiness. Others, meanwhile, continue to say, “He is criminal. He is criminal because he stole my heart” (Hahahahaha! This reminds of the cheesy “Will you friendship me?” lines =P).

Kris‘ Signature Black Bag – despite being torn and worn out, this bag has a lot of sentimental value for him
(Credit: To the rightful owner/as mentioned in the pic.)

Moreover, many fans have been talking about what a well-raised son Kris is. It seems as if he is following the footsteps of Yunho of DBSK. I would also like to add that even Donghae of SuJu is a very loyal son.

Lastly, we have Kris Potter preparing for a Quidditch match….just kidding! Kris was asked to perform some kung-fu moves with a broomstick!

The following video was rather funny =P

He does the flip pretty well though xD

It’s so much fun writing random articles on EXO-M and Kris. I can write tons of articles on entertainment and celebs., but I have a life and there is a limit to everything =P I don’t know what else to say. Be right back while I update my list of all the qualities in my ideal type. Thanks. I think I have a love/hate relationship with entertainment. They only show us what we want to see, which means “flawless” individuals =P Kris continues to impress everyone and all the girls continue to lament at the fact they will have a very difficult time in finding a guy like him *inserts Angry Bird face* This is a major test of faith, I say…major test of faith.

Thank God I’m going to my aunt’s place tomorrow iA. I will able to stay away from the computer for a while =P Extremely Extraordinary will be aired on the following two dates: July 14th and July 20th, 2012 on Jiangsu Variety Channel.

T-ARA’s Lovey Dovey

Standard

T-ARA‘s Fifth Album – Funky Town

I may not talk about T-ARA a lot, but I really do enjoy listening to their catchy songs. Not to mention, I love how they have different versions for them – some that are hits and some that are misses. Without a doubt, T-ARA‘s popularity has skyrocketed ever since their release of Roly Poly. From there on, they have been able to maintain a solid ground in the K-Pop world by releasing hit songs, such as Cry Cry and Lovey Dovey. Their other songs, which were released before Roly Poly, are quite nice too.

Although, I tried learning how to dance to Roly Poly, I found Lovey Dovey to be much more furn to learn due to the shuffle dance. Furthermore, it reminded me of the song Party Rock Anthem xD I actually learned the dance steps to T-ARA‘s Lovey Dovey by simply watching their live performances ^^

I love the outfits! They fit well with the 80s theme. Additionally, in terms of style for music videos, T-ARA‘s is pretty prominent and well-suited. Even the poster for the drama version of Lovey Dovey looks really cool.

T-ARA‘s Lovey Dovey Drama Poster

I’m looking forward to their upcoming music video for Day by Day. The teaser depicts a sci-fi setting and incorporates music that could be part of a role-playing video game ^^ You may read more about it and watch the teaser by clicking here.

Enjoy!

Do Your Best, Kris…Do Your Best!

Standard

Who can this possibly be?

A bride? Just give this guy some flowers to hold in his hands and he is good to go.
(Credit: To the rightful owner/as mentioned in the pic.)

Oh, right…

Beautiful bride to be…Kris

Some of the things Kris does are quite random, hence the random post =P The first thing that came to my mind when I saw the first picture were the following scenarios:

Scenario 1

Kate Middleton on her Wedding Day

Pakistani Bride – sometimes the veil is worn in a way that covers the entire face when the bride enters a wedding event (similar to the first picture in this post =P).

Scenario 2

The Ringwraiths from the Lord of the Rings

Your everyday ghost

Kris, just don’t get Tao all emotional on your wedding day or scare him as a ghost – he will end up crying!

Tao is crying.
Scenario 1.Kris looks so beautiful…Can’t believe this day has finally come.”
Scenario 2. “I was sleeping in the middle of the night. All of a sudden I felt a tap on my shoulder and this ghost pops out. It was Kris. I got so scared.”
(Credit: cydnie-exo.tumblr.com)

Then again, Kris‘ serious face is enough to make anyone scared =P

Serious Dragon Prince Kris
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

Just kidding!

Can’t control laughter like Chanyeol. Phoenix feathers just flying everywhere…The dragon and phoenix surely complement one another.
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

I’m actually really looking forward to the show, Do Your Best/Quan Li Yi Fu. I see that Kris picked up Chen and Lay over his shoulders, which reminded me of the post in which I had mentioned that I had a dream of Kris giving a little girl a piggyback ride and smiling in a very warm manner (click here to see post) =P

Kris picking up Lay with just one hand. I can hear wedding bells going off now.
(Credit: To the rightful owner/as mentioned in the pic.)

Kris picking up Chen Chen (P.S. I was right about Tao‘s shirt – the picture on the shirt is of Iron Maiden, one of my favorite heavy-metal bands in high school!)
(Credit: To the rightful owner/as mentioned in the pic.)

Furthermore, there is a fan account that stated that Kris was extremely hyper when TaeTiSeo‘s “Twinkle” started playing and he danced to it enthusiastically. I WAS SO RIGHT when I said that I wouldn’t be surprised if Kris and the rest of the EXO-M members turned out to be super hyper like SS501 (I stated it above the video of SS501 starring in “Hyunderella” in this post). Moreover, a couple of fan accounts pinpointed that many of the female hosts/guests at the event liked Kris. One of them was Miss China. I liked one fan’s response to the situation: “It means that our chances just dropped from 0 to -100000000. Let’s go home everyone…” xD Hahahaha! I’m not surprised. I wonder what their reaction would be like if they saw a few of the guys that I am related to. Just saying =P Then again, I have heard that some Chinese ladies like guys from Western parts of the world in terms of appearances. A few of my Chinese friends have admitted it. Kris looks like he is half-Western so I can see the connection.

On a seriously random note, I like the way Kris blinks. It’s like these cute small eyes blinking =P I’m so random…hahaha. I have such huge eyes in comparison O_O (mA)

Kris aka Jean/Denim Boy or Cowboy falls into the pool during the race on Do Your Best/Quan Li Yi Fu
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

What a rare sight! You can check out the fan camera for Kris running on water here It was amusing to see Kris try to act cool in the beginning and then fall a few seconds later xD He fell again as he tried to re-gain his balance. Also, am I the only girl that is actually pleased with the fact that the members of EXO-M dressed modestly for the event? I understand why Kris would wear a long sleeves shirt, but I’m just glad that he actually had a shirt on. I don’t know if that is going to be the case in future EXO promotions though…I highly doubt it. I guess I’m just a conservative person. My question, however, is why couldn’t Kris use his dragon power, flight, to simply fly over the pool? =P

‘Cause Kris can’t really fly…all he can do is give two thumbs up in this situation. Kris and his jjang moments everywhere and everyday ^^’

On a completely random note, I am waiting for ZE:A‘s comeback. Top 3 biases of ZE:A: 1. Im Siwan, 2. Minwoo, 3. Hyungsik…yeahhh! They have all these moons in their first teaser photos for their comeback o.O Plus, one of the members, Kevin, is Australian xD I have to admit, Siwan was my ultimate K-Pop bias before Kris. I always end up liking the sophisticated members =P ZE:A is an underrated group but they gone through tough times just like the others. They just need to be promoted well like the groups under SME.

I like Kris in the sense that he is a third-culture-kid like me – lived abroad (outside of our home country) in two or more different countries in addition to being away from parents for a few years. Plus, he went to a Western college-prep. school and has a dual nationality like me. He reminds me of people that I am familiar with…as if he is like a classmate and not really a celebrity – more like a friend that you want to support. I can also understand how hard it must have been for him to settle down in a new environment and become accustomed to another culture for four years while living away from parents ’cause I’ve been through this experience myself. Kris, in general, is not your usual K-Pop star. For me, it’s still a mystery on what exactly inspired him to become a celeb. in the first place.

Im Siwan in ZE:A’s Comeback Teaser Pics.

On the other hand, like Siwan of ZE:A in the sense that he is great at singing, dancing, AND is an awesome actor. Plus, he can play the violin and has great stage presence. I was really surprised by his acting in the Korean historical drama, The Moon that Embraces the Sun, as it was his first time debuting as an actor. Clearly, he excels at whatever he does. Not to mention, he was an engineering student at one of the top colleges in Busan. He is really smart at math too and I heard that he studied English for about a year as well. He has A LOT of talent and determination. The similarities between Kris and Siwan is that they are both the fashionistas of the group and they are both clumsy at times =P Moreover, I can never get scared of looking at Siwan‘s face…hahaha. Also, my friends saw ZE:A in real life and had the opportunity to talk to them. They said that all the members were gorgeous, especially my bias ^^ I kind of feel guilty that I don’t pay so much attention to my previous bias ’cause he really is a very sweet and gentle-looking person.

However, by being a fan of Kris, I’ve been able to follow EXO on its journey to debut, better understand how the entertainment industry in Korea works along with its social media tools, watch how companies such as SME break into the large Chinese market, analyze “consumer behavior” taking place right before my eyes, grasp what the youth are looking for, and more importantly, I’ve made friends online ^^ Not to mention, we all are, in fact, promoting EXO through word-of-mouth or through blog posts and comments. I’m still keeping an eye out on how SME plans to win the Chinese music market. I think it’s quite interesting to be an observer in this sense. I just wished that people payed more attention to Kris‘ talents rather than looks. A lot of the older fans in their 20s understand this. He needs a lot of practice, but I have faith that he will improve. Whether it’s entertainment or something else, I am sure that Kris would be a good leader at whatever he does.

Lastly, I look forward to seeing EXO (especially Kris) doing this one day (I became a fan of Changmin after watching the following video of “Balloons.” Furthermore, some lines of the song fit Krischild-hood picture with the caption, “Dreaming…I’ll give my best” Hahaha, I love DBSK!)

Can’t leave ZE:A out…

I was going to post SuJu‘s “Rokkugo” but then I thought it would be too much xD EXO will do something similar one day…and I’m sure that day will be very close ^_~ Kris already admits that the cartoon character that best describes himself is Angry Bird (Source: SO COOL Magazine Q&A) He knows what fans say :O

Oh, and I’m looking forward to this Nanjing Rehearsal thing. Ballroom dancing and…

EXO-M Interviews and Show Appearances Continue to Roll!

Standard

EXO-M

With so many EXO-M activities happening, I don’t really know what to say. I can’t seem to keep up. The questions in their interviews have become rather redundant and sometimes it’s hard for me to continue watching them. I shall push myself to complete theme all iA – just for Kris =P Just kidding! ^^’

WHAT IS THIS!? LMAO! xD
(Credit: 苏腰子@weibo)

I like some of the games in the interviews though. For example, I found the charades game in the iFeng Interview with EXO-M really funny as I remembered how I epically failed the first time I played it and embarrassed myself in front of a large group of guys and girls during my Junior year of university =P I had to give a hint about a movie’s name, which had a meaning related to bad guys. Instead, I kept punching the air because the movie mainly contained fighting scenes. Everyone in the room was speechless and the game was girls vs. guys. I looked at the guys to give the girls a hint and after the game was over, some of the guys said, “I see what you did. You looked at us after a while to indicate that we were bad guys.” Hahahahaha! xD My friends later came up to me and asked, “What was THAT!?” I simply replied, “I…uhh, I’ve never played this game before! Spare me!” *lowers head*  >_< However, after the first incident, I have become much better at the game! ^^

Anyhow, I wish we could learn more about the members of EXO-M in their latest interviews. The main thing that I learn about each member is through their body language or facial expressions. Ahem…

Kris: Aww, isn’t that funny…but when I have I slept for 10 hours!? *expression changes within a second*
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

In the High Music Guest Interview, I find it absolutely hilarious how Lay forgot that Kris recommends everyone to sleep for 8 hours. Lay, how long have you known Kris for? 4 years, right? We, as fans, only know him since January and remember that 8 hours of sleep is recommended! The experts recommend it too.

Moreover, there was this Angry Bird expression in the EXO-M 当代歌坛 (<—As if I really understand what this means =P) Dangdaigetan Magazine Making Film:

>:(
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

Who are you glaring at, Mr. Dragon Wu? >_<

I prefer the following expression over the above one ’cause he looks very innocent in this:

:*
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

I guess what everyone seems to be looking forward to is the Do Your Best/Quan Li Yi Fu recording.

EXO-M on the show, Do Your Best/Quan Li Yi Fu
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

I like LuHan‘s X-Men shirt. I used to be a fan of the comic! *thumbs up* Tao‘s shirt, on the other hand, reminds me of Iron Maiden for some reason. I would like to add that after having observed EXO-M for almost six months, I find LuHan the best-looking member in the group. Additionally, Lay and LuHan have the sweetest smiles ^^

So from the news updates we’ve been receiving about the games are rather funny. Kris seems like a total klutz =P Sorry, Kris…but some fans said that you were trying to act too cool xD However, I heard that Kris tripped twice or something. There’s a saying that when someone or several people are watching you with admiration and do not praise God, then the person that they are gazing at is likely to get the evil eye, which means that something bad, such as tripping, can occur =/ As a reminder, we should always praise God and ask him to bless everyone.

Now onto an interesting observation…

Kris as Tekken‘s Hwoarang!? O_O
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

Forever shipping Kris and his headband? Yes, I’ve been shipping Kris and his headband since his pre-debut days, YO! It seems like people just noticed his signature headband. He was spotted wearing one in this pre-debut video “Don’t know what to make of it…” =P I even mentioned it in one of my previous posts and discussed his headband. Sharp eyes, I have =P

Kris actually looks better with a headband at this event. I don’t know why. Of course, everyone has different preferences and may not think along the same lines as me. I guess the reason is that he reminds me of my favorite Tekken character, Hwoarang when he wears it (I had wanted to mention how he looked kind of like Hwoarang when he wore Lay‘s hoodie and put the hoodie over his head when EXO were at Disneyland).

Tekken‘s Hwoarang - My favorite Tekken character

On a random note, I enthusiastically joined Taekwando classes just ’cause of Hwoarang, as he was my favorite male character from Tekken (Ling Xiaoyu was my favorite female character – I’m listening to her theme as I type this). I had to quit after a while ’cause I had injured my leg and it took a whole month to heal =( However, my kicks are pretty powerful. Hwoarang is Korean, by the way. Kris should buy a headband with a bow and be like Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl =P He already has the Angry Bird expression and dresses fashionably at airports…

Kris: Ahan…yeah, sure… *quickly turns away*
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

I also want to thank Lay for being highly comedic! Please continue to troll on Kris. Thanks!

(Credit: evermore-mirage.tumblr.com)

(Credit: evermore-mirage.tumblr.com)

Then there is Kris poking Lay:

*poke poke*
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

Before I end this post, I would like to mention that I laughed so hard when I saw the following picture. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Kris‘ Makeover – What a beautiful princess…I mean, prince =P
(Credit: hei011kpop.tumblr.com)

When people troll on Kris on Tumblr, this is my reaction:

PARTY TIME! *dances like Chen Chen the dance machine*
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

Fans keep churning out all this hilarious stuff xD This is one example. My expression: What the- *scrolls down* AHAHAHAHAHA!

Having noticed all these events in EXO‘s schedule, I know that one day there is going to be a time where I cannot possibly keep up-to-date with them or any other K-Pop related topics. Sad but true. As you get older there are more priorities. I’ve realized that I do this for time pass and I also have to admit that I’m getting a bit bored of it >_< My interests seem to shift after a while and I become impatient when I stick to one thing for too long. It’s just me =P In the beginning of this journey, there is excitement and joy. You feel a spark and burst of energy and become very expressive. However, as time goes on, the excitement begins to fade… Hmm. My mind keeps focusing on several other interests now xD

Ahh, it’s late! I have to wake up early in the morning. Planning on getting some fresh air. Sweet dreams! ^^

UPDATE (3/07/2012): Remember how I mentioned that Kris should buy a headband with a bow like the one Blair Waldorf of Gossip Girl has? A fan just recently edited a gif. of Kris putting on such a headband xD

Kris‘ pretty headband xD

I hope Kris doesn’t mind. I find this absolutely hilarious! He should laugh along to this =P

2012 SM Youth Star Audition

Standard

The only reason I am even posting this is that Australia is FINALLY on the list.

It seems like SME decided to listen to the voices of the people in Aussie Land. I still think it’s silly that other countries, such as those in Europe, are not included. I know a few people that are most likely going to try out for the auditions for SME. There is this one particular guy that is in LOVE with SME’s songs and he is an amazing dancer. He tried out for the YGE auditions and I don’t think he is going to miss the opportunity to try out for this one. If he ever makes it, then that’s awesome. I can say that I have a pre-debut video of him then =P

Moreover, I have read a lot about SME’s auditions. It seems kind of interesting. Hmm. I thought I should check it out and see how it’s like, but then again, I’m a young adult now. The company is looking for people that were born between ’92-’03. What if I tell them that I’m a teen? I’m sure that they will believe me =P Just kidding. Talent shouldn’t have an age limit, you know? Anyhow, I would never try out for this. Although I dance and used to enjoy singing, I do not want to be a dancer/singer. There are other people that are much more deserving of this title. Besides, I like acting more. Also, there is more to life than just entertainment. Maybe if SME was creating a movie about a social cause, it would have been great to act in it. Social causes and humanitarian things should be given more priority…not this, “I want to be become famous!” attitude >_< You have to sacrifice a lot for it and in the end, it may not turn out to be the thing that you were looking for.

Best of luck to those that are trying out! For more details, visit SMTOWN’s Facebook Page, or watch the trailer (interesting how they show EXO behind the caption for Australia =P), or watch the artists of SME talk about it here.

P.S. I’m craving chocolate. I bet you can’t eat chocolate once you become a trainee =P I kid, I kid.

Favorite Childhood Movies Part I – A Little Princess

Standard

As stated in Wikipedia,”A Little Princess is a 1995 American children’s film directed by Alfonso Cuarón, starring Liesel Matthews, Eleanor Bron, Liam Cunningham, and Vanessa Lee Chester. Set during World War I, it focuses on a young girl who is relegated to a life of servitude in a New York City boarding school by the headmistress after receiving news that her father was killed in combat. Loosely based upon the novel A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett, this adaptation was heavily influenced by the 1939 cinematic version and takes creative liberties with the original story.”

Furthermore, “the film was critically acclaimed and given various awards, such as an Academy Award nomination for its significant achievements in art direction and cinematography, among other aspects of its production.”

A Little Princess happens to be my one of my favorite childhood movies and it is simply magical and heart-warming. I remember going to the cinemas back in 1995, when I was 6 years old, and watching this movie for the first time. Since then, I have probably watched it more than 20 times and I still haven’t got bored of it. There were some parts that made me cry. I remember when my next-door neighbors came over to my place once and we watched the movie together. My neighbors couldn’t stop crying at the sad moments – the tissue box almost ran out! This movie is definitely worth watching and it will always have a special place in my childhood memories.

I love this fan-made video of the movie!

Here is the trailer:

Most memorable scene (the end part is hilarious…hahaha):

On an interesting note, the author of the book in which this movie is based on also wrote The Secret Garden, which happens to be one of my favorites as well. Why don’t they make movies like this anymore? *sigh*

Conversation Over Hot Chocolate

Standard

Hot Chocolate – Yum!

I went out for dinner at a Japanese restaurant with my Changsha friend today. After that, we enjoyed having a philosophical discussion over hot chocolate at a cafe. Our conversations can be rather deep. I learned a lot more about China’s festivals, provinces, and its people (of course, people have a different attitude and lifestyle depending on what region in China they are from). I mentioned, “People from your city seem rather soft and gentle. I am quite impressed by Yi Xing from EXO-M…whenever I see him and the way he talks or acts, he reminds me of you!” She told me that what I had said is true and later discussed the differences between the Southern and Northern provinces in addition to life in Guangzhou compared to life in Shanghai and Beijing (I have been to Guangzhou and Beijing and noticed a few differences myself). Surprisingly, my friend had also attended one of the prestigious schools in Changsha and mentioned that Yi Xing went to another well-known one and how both of their schools are one of the top schools in the area. Small world. It was rather interesting to have a conversation about China with her ’cause it sounded like she was talking about my home country xD

Moreover, my friend and I had initially planned on going to the beach to relax, but it didn’t seem to work out. It’s so cold! On the other hand, I really need to stop eating chocolate. I had a chocolate bar and chocolate cake yesterday and today I had Tim Tams (Australia’s no. 1 chocolate biscuits) and hot chocolate >_< Too much chocolate. I can’t seem to control my sweet tooth lately.

Korean Indie Music

Standard

When I want to take a break from listening to K-Pop, I sometimes end up listening to Korean indie music. I think Korean indie music is unique as most of the songs that fall under this genre are relaxing, sweet, and simply cute! There is definitely different feel to it.

Here is an example of a really sweet Korean indie song that I just discovered. The song is called 초콜렛군 오렌지양 by Milktea. The literal translation of the song’s title is “Mr. Chocolate and Ms. Orange.”

I don’t understand the following MV but I think it’s cute. The song is called “Ping-Pong” by Peppertones and the MV features four members from the K-Pop group, T-ARA. The part, 3:49-3:59, is so funny ^^

I like the beat of “Super Fantastic”/페퍼톤스 by Peppertones ^^

I’m thinking of searching for more Korean indie songs and downloading them. If any of you know some nice ones, please don’t hesitate to inform me ^^

How to Deal with “Fan Cams.” 101

Standard

I had a funny incident happen to me last year on my summer trip. I was in Malaysia waiting for the cable cars to take us to Genting Highlands. Apparently, the line in which I had to wait in to use the cable cars was very long and it took about 40 minutes until it was my turn. There were several other tourists, most of them being Chinese, waiting in line as well. Some people started to look at me and smile. I smiled back but thought something was wrong. All of a sudden, a pretty Vietnamese girl wanted a photo with me and asked me several questions while the line was moving. After that, I guess several people thought I was a well-known person from my home country or were fascinated by the fact that I was of a different nationality. The crowd decided to take our their cameras and click away. A man told me that one of the ladies with him wanted a photo with me as well, so I agreed. He asked me where I was from and whether I have ever visited China before. I said, “twice!” and mentioned the name of the cities. Since those lovely people had asked my permission to take a pic. with them, I took out my camera and asked for a photo with them too ^^

Although I was okay with people asking me to take a photo with them, I felt kind of uncomfortable when one of the Chinese girls in the line continuously kept taking photos of me without my consent for about 20 or so minutes. I had to lower my head at one point >_< Honestly, if I was well-known I would have understood, but I was just another tourist like them wanting to enjoy the trip ^^’

So what happened after that? Well, I decided that I should take out my camera and start taking a lot of photos of her….hahahahahahaha! xD

Dealing with a “fan cam.” – this was a photo that I took of a stranger that was taking a photo of me xD

It was an interesting experience to have “fan cams.,” but not really a spectacular feeling. This is for those that are wondering how it’s like to be in such situations. I would much rather have someone asking me if they could take a photo with me rather than have them just clicking away… I mean, what if I make derp faces? =P

I’m a pretty fast camera-detector, by the way xD

UPDATE: Seems like EXO-K‘s Chanyeol is a smart and funny person…Good job Chanyeol! While fans were taking photos of the members of EXO-K shopping around London today, he decided to take out his camera and film the fans xD I like Chanyeol! He really is a people-person…kekekeke! P.S. I’ve never seen a guy get so excited over cookies before =P

Mystery of the ‘Dragon Prince’ Wu and Fruit Ninja Kai

Standard

(Credit: beekeyjae at Tumblr)

It seems like everyone has discovered that the ‘Dragon Prince’ Wu aka EXO-M Leader Kris is none other than Kevin Li ever since his 9th grade yearbook pic. from Vancouver, Canada has appeared on the net. Two of his other high school photos, which I believe were taken when he was in 10th and 11th grade, are up on Tumblr as well and some funny fans have even placed them as their display picture. A user on Tumblr also mentioned that somebody should take Kris‘ high school photo to an EXO fan signing event and ask for his autograph…hahahahaha! EXO fans are hilarious! xD This is what I saw under the Kris tag on Tumblr two days ago:

Kris aka Kevin Li‘s 9th Grade Yearbook Pic. from Vancouver, Canada
(Credit: To the rightful owner)

Looking at the picture, it’s amusing how there are several students with the surname, “Li” xD Kris doesn’t look any different compared to some of the people I know here. I couldn’t help but notice his NO SMILE though =P Well there you have it, Kris was one of us! xD Furthermore, it seems like he participated in the SM Global Auditions 2007 during the middle of 11th grade to pursue a career in entertainment. I wonder what inspired him ^^ I was also wondering why nobody from his high school was excited to hear that he is now part of EXO, but I guess none of them knew that Kevin Li is now known as Kris Wu until just recently (a month or so after EXO‘s debut). If it were my school, we would have been very excited (there are a few people from my school and uni. that have become quite famous too xD). Imagine someone that I regularly sit next to in class become a member of a K-Pop group one day. =P

Kris: “Shhh…”
(Credit: As mentioned in the pic.)
